    Average Daily Charge

The fleet mean clears the target and always will — it is dominated by units that are fine. The number that matters is the count of units individually below it. A mean is the wrong instrument for finding a starved sensor.

    Detection Events

Product outcome · feeds OEE Quality
Confirming or clearing a pending alert is the review loop. Until the detection-event pipeline ships this is sample data, but the shape is the point: no fleet-health screen answers "is it working" without it.

    Location Changes

    Change Log

Flags are heuristics — a cleared coordinate, a status that moved backwards, or an asset removed from a point. They mark a change to review, not necessarily a mistake. Click open to inspect the location record.

    Shipments

Outbound shipments of units & kits to sites, with carrier tracking numbers. Delivery flips the asset lifecycle to “Delivered on site”.

    Outbound shipments

Click a status to advance it (Packed → Shipped → In Transit → Delivered); “flag” marks a delivery exception. Tracking numbers now deep-link to the carrier's live tracking page (UPS / FedEx / USPS; LTL & local courier have no public URL). The sample numbers won't resolve — real ones will. ETA and status are entered by hand until the carrier feed is wired.

    Users & Permissions

    Team

Owners always keep every section. Removing a user revokes their access immediately; a pending invite has been sent but not yet accepted. Set access one role at a time on Permissions.

    Users & Permissions

    Access review: —
Section granted by the group retiredgrants nothing; members stay A group is a live grant: a change here reaches every member on their next request. Owners edit groups; admins assign them. Home & Feedback are always reachable, so they aren't gated here.

    Inventory & Shipments

    Internal locations

Every Torch Systems-owned location that isn't a customer site — the warehouse and depot, tech vans, the staging / kitting area, the Torch Systems test lab, the RMA / repair cage, field offices, and 3PL / partner warehouses. Every count is read live off each asset's current custody record, so this answers "where is it" for the whole fleet, not one serial at a time. Customer / device locations live on the site record.

Fleet custody — every asset accounted for

Every unit is in exactly one custody state at a time. A storage location holds many units; a field position holds one.

    Intake

    Incoming Deals

Stage is computed from the two gates at draw time. Only a deal reading Cleared can be handed to Scheduling — everything upstream is blocked by design.

    QA Queue

    Testing

A unit sits in exactly one tab, decided at draw time by what it has reached: Testing until its tracking number is entered, Installation until it is in service at a field location, then the Verification Queue. Every change saves to the server as you make it and is visible to every account. The zoom control (or Ctrl + wheel over the table) scales this table only. The team filter lists the customer platform's teams; pick several, search by typing, and Clear resets it. Current status is the furthest step reached, exactly as the sheet computes it. Device install point of view holds the photo taken from the unit's mounting point showing what its cameras will see; photos are stored privately and opened through short-lived links.
